It was just a proper fit for a speedy visit in Gainesville with best value for money ratio. The staff worked hard to maintain a pleasant atmosphere despite a busy lobby filled with families. Ask for a quiet room away from the noise for a better experience.

My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers at the pool. It would be great if they could set aside some time for families so everyone can enjoy it comfortably.

Perfect family stay!
We stayed 1 night in a King Studio with a Sofa Bed. The room was super clean and spacious, with the living room separate from the bedroom, which was great for our family. I loved having a kitchenette with all the essentials. Only annoying part was the traffic noise from the highway, but it was easy access to get on the road. Breakfast was decent too!

Good spacious room with separate living area. Noisy at night if near highway.

I loved the large rooms with a kitchenette and the wonderful bathtub made my stay feel extra special. The outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The only minor issue was the mattress could use an update, but they mentioned new ones are on the way. 😊

Spacious suites and accommodating staff
I had a great stay at this hotel! The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and had a fully stocked kitchenette that made meal prep so easy. The staff, especially Netta and Carlos, were super friendly and offered great local dining recommendations. However, the mattress could have been more comfortable, as it felt a bit worn.

Dive into Gainesville's flavors around the Residence Inn! Just a hop away, LongHorn Steakhouse has steaks that sizzle while MidiCi serves up heavenly Neapolitan pizza. The King Studio with Sofa Bed rocks a spacious layout and the kitchenette is a meal prep dream! Oh, and let’s not forget that great breakfast spread. you won’t leave hungry! 🥓🍳
But not all was perfect. the mattress sagged like a sad story, and those carpets could use a deep clean, no doubt. Still, the fun dining options nearby make it hard to dwell on it for too long! Who needs a perfect mattress when you have pizza and steak waiting? 🍕🍖

missingWrote a review on May 01sagging mattress
The mattress suffered from significant sagging, making sleep less than ideal. Carpets showed clear signs of dirt, evident when cleaning up a spill—definitely a housekeeping concern. If you're sensitive to noise, opt for a room away from I-75. the traffic can be disruptive. The AC unit also made quite the racket, disrupting the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Be prepared for some outdated furnishings. the coffee pot, for example, didn’t do its job well, affecting my mornings.
